Comment: Jim did and outstanding job.  The two rear speakers in the ceiling were challenging as we live in an older home that wasn't pre-wired, so Jim had to run wires through the attic and down inside the wall. He took his time and the TV looks and sounds awersome.  He's very professional and courteous.  All work went as promised.  I definitely recommend him!

Comment: Jim was very helpful in making recommendations for both the mounting position as well as arranging for an electrician to come in and install the two outlets we needed in our conference room. He worked very promptly in mounting the monitor, and did everything exactly as we wanted it. I would highly recommend using him if you are having any doubt about doing it yourself.

Work Done: Hung two LCD TVs in our home using mounts we purchased on Amazon.  One was a large 65" and the other a 32"  Install was $125 per TV.

 

Comment: Installer was very professional and prompt.  We only ran into one issue during the install due to the block construction of the home, which he easily remedied with a quick trip to Lowes.  To date we have had zero issues with the work and the TVs are still firmly in place.  I would highly recommend this installed for any of your needs.

Work Done: We just moved into our new house and had two flat panel TV screens that we wanted hung and wires concealed. One was a heavy 50" plasma that needed to be hung on a block wall and the other was a 46" LED hung on an interior stud wall. We needed the provider to source and provide the hanging brackets as well as hang the screens.

 

Comment: When we built our house, we knew we wanted to hang a TV in the living room and in our master bedroom. We had our locations pre-wired to accommodate this but still needed someone to professionally hang the screens. Jim was great about listening to what we wanted and making suggestions about the best way to achieve it. He sourced, purchased and brought the hanging brackets when he came to install the screens. He was prompt and made sure that the TVs were hung perfectly. The plasma TV was not easy to hang due to the weight and challenges of the bracket, but Jim added some additional support to ensure we would have no problems.

We are very pleased with the results. The TVs look so good and there are no wires showing due to the fact that Jim took great care to be sure the wires were wrapped and secured to the brackets and back of the TVs. We were very impressed by how patient and thorough Jim was with the instalation. He clearly takes pride in his work. We discussed some possible future additions to our home theater setup and will not hesitate to call Ultimate In-Home Theater, Inc. to return!

Work Done: Installed a very complicated, over the fireplace TV mount.  He had knowledge of the product, which was key to the quality job that was done.

 

Comment: Jim was very responsive prior to commencing work.  He was quick to respond via text, e-mail, and telephone.  He took the time to go over all the details of the project prior to coming to my home.  This made the process run very smoothly.  I had him install a very complicated over the fireplace TV mount.  The TV was a 70" Sharp.  Jim took the time to make sure the mount was installed correctly. He was very detail-orientened and made sure that all the adjustments were made, prior to him leaving my home.  He took the time to make sure the TV was level.  He took the time to make sure the mount that was used functioned exactly as it should.  While one might assume that mounting a TV is something you can do on your own, I can tell you that other installers would not work with the mount that I had purchased, do to its complicated nature.  I knew Jim had worked with the mount on a prior job, so I trusted him to do mine.  He was very professional in appearance and very courteous and helpful while mounting my TV.  I would recommend for similar work at your home.

Comment: Jim was the consummate professional.  He did what he said and how he said he would do it.  If he ran into any issues, they were resolved quickly with no additional cost.
He came into our home and when he left it was as if he was not there except for the finished product. 
We recently had house guests and they marveled at the job that was done and even requested his name for future reference.

I had seen good reviews regarding Ultimate Home Theater on Angie's List and called and had an appointment scheduled within a few days. Mr. Adams arrived promptly and was extremely helpful regarding the changes I had requested. He even had me take pictures of the back of the two TVs and the wall mount so that he would be fully prepared to make the changes necessary.

 

Comment: I couldn't be happier. While he was working I asked questions about some of the problems with the previous set up of my home entertainment system (done by another company) and he gave me some great ideas about improving the ease of use. Comment: I left a message for Jim and he promptly called me back that night. We agreed on Saturday morning and Jim arrive within the agreed upon time. I had already purchased the bracket. Jim went right to work making sure he was installing it at the hight that worked for me. After the installation was completed he took the time to explain to me all the ways I could adjust the tv. He also told me that if I find that it is not working for me to give him a call. Not one cord is visible they were all dropped down the wall. He even thought ahead that if I wanted my blue ray connected so he dropped an additional hdmi down. I would definitely use this company again.

Comment: I had already purchased an intricate corner mount with glass shelves but Jim came right out and put it all together with the extensive details and did an incredible first class job and was so careful and mounted it as if he was installing in his own home. The instructions for the section with the glass shelves were not accurate but Jim went out of his way to go home and contact the company and find out the further information to install shelving section. He came back out promptly and finished up and I couldn't be happier and it looks incredible and is there to stay!!! Work Done: Working with existing ceiling speakers and wiring, and our TVs and systems, Jim installed a wall-mounted TV and home theater sound system in the family room, a wall-mounted TV in the master bedroom, and a wall mounted TV in the guest cottage.  He also purchased and installed two wall-mounted weather resistant speakers outdoors for the pool area and set up two zones for running the various speakers sets.

 

Comment: Jim came over soon after I contacted him to see what we needed done, he was quick to email a bid, and he did the installation over the course of two Saturdays.  Our house has built-in cabinetry with holes and partitions and doors so that all the speaker and component wiring can be hidden away, and Jim made sure to stay within our "no wires/cables showing" rule.  The speakers in our ceiling weren't working and Jim took one home to perform diagnostics, saving us quite a bit of money by discovering that the speakers were fine, they were just mounted wrong.  He fixed the wiring in the ceiling for each speaker and the problem was solved.  He's very knowledgeable and professional and is a pleasure to work with.  I totally recommend him.  He is quite busy however;  at the time we had our work done he was only available on weekends, so be prepared to wait a week or two for the work.
